Crown Club -Gift Shop Representative
Part-Time
Summary of Position: The Crown Club/Gift Shop Representative will be responsible for entering data into the player tracking system; including data entry, member assistance, and information provision, while also handling sales, stocking, and customer service in the Gift Shop. This role demands proficiency in both areas to ensure exceptional guest service and operational efficiency.
The Representative will provide exceptional customer service, protecting company assets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greet and assist guests in both the Crown Club and Gift Shop areas, ensuring a superior level of service to every guest, every time.
· Provide positive, proactive service to both external and internal guests.
· Resolve guest issues that arise during your shift.
· Accurately enter player data into the player tracking system.
· Assist Crown Club members in redeeming points.
· Acknowledge and engage with known and repeat players in a courteous and professional manner.
· Maintain a working knowledge of all current Crown Club programs and casino promotions.
· Operate the cash register, conduct cash and credit card sales, and balance the shift bank.
· Handle sales transactions, manage inventory, and maintain the Gift Shop's appearance.
· Perform routine stocking, cleaning, and general maintenance as required.
· Ensure compliance with Tribal, State, Federal, and NIGC regulations.
· Assist in the implementation of special events, making public announcements and promotions.
· Operate other office equipment as needed.
· Adapt to changes in duties, responsibilities, requirements, and expectations as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexibility to work any scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Ability to maintain a consistent and regular attendance record.
Must possess problem solving abilities to handle guest disputes and discrepancies.
PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
Possess excellent guest service, organizational, communication and multi-tasking skills.
Present a professional appearance and demeanor.
Able to handle and resolve customer questions and complaints.
Prefer experience in Microsoft Office and experience with player rating and tracking systems.
Able to handle cash/credit cards sales and balance daily.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
· Working environment consists of various levels of smoke, noise, light, heat, and cold.
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds, reach, and bend.
· Must be able to respond to visual and aural cues.
· Must be able to operate in physically and mentally stressful conditions.
· Must have the manual dexterity to use a computer keyboard, micros touch screen and phone.
