At The Heights Casino we continue to do everything we can to keep our employees and guests safe while navigating these unprecedented times. We are pleased to announce that we have started utilizing a new service to help with our ongoing safety sanitizing procedures throughout the Casino. The product is called PURE®. PURE is comprised of water, silver and citric acid and is listed on EPA-registered product list N of disinfectants for use against SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) that is commercially administered to hard surfaces which is proven to disinfect the most difficult to reach and clean surfaces. PURE is completely safe and approved for food contact surfaces, non-toxic meeting the lowest HMIS toxicity rating and is registered with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). All of the surfaces throughout the casino are tested before and after spraying for bacteria, fungus & viruses. As of this last week, we started the twice weekly cycle of PURE Hard Surfaces.

As part of our new Complete Clean Program, we are also utilizing SafeHandles® product line of heat shrink sleeves and Ster-Roll adhesive tapes. SafeHandles are embedded with slow-release silver-ion technology to create continuously self-cleaning covers that work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week to keep themselves clean. SafeHandles will be applied to high-touch points, such as door handles, door pulls, push plates and grab bars throughout our facilities to ensure cleanliness is maintained at all times.
