Revenue Auditor

Summary of Position:
This position is responsible for the compilation of all information generated from all revenue generating departments as reported through the Cage/Count Team. Reviews and audits all work from each employee within departments. Maintains all forms currently used within departments. Maintains daily, monthly and yearly reports as required and/or assigned. Maintains all backup in an orderly manner.
Responsibilities:
· Ensures the accuracy of all documentation and reports used to record Sales, Payouts, Coupons, Gift Certificates, and promotional Discounts.
· Maintains & balances all assigned General Ledger accounts.
· Verifies the above documentation in detail for accuracy and accountability.
· Enters all daily audit information into MAS 90.
· Prepares records/folders for storage on a monthly basis.
· Has knowledge of the MICS, IRS rules & Title 31 that pertain to Gaming.
· Completes the daily, monthly & yearly reconciliation of all IRS W2-G forms.

Qualifications
· Must exhibit great attention to detail.
· Must have the ability to self-monitor work and work independently.
· Must have extensive computer experience
· Must have experience in building and maintaining spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel. Must use Microsoft Outlook and Word Programs with ease.
· Must qualify for Tribal Gaming License.
· Indian Preference given to qualified applicant.
